Carl Filipiak has built a strong reputation for bringing the stylistic approach of guitar heroes like Jimi Hendrix and Jeff Beck to his contemporary instrumental jazz style. He has been awarded "Best Jazz Instrumentalist" by the Washington Area Music Association, "Best Guitarist" by Baltimore Magazine, and "Best Jazz Musician" by the City Paper. 

Carl Filipiak has been called "a dazzling versatile guitarist" by JazzTimes. Many of his recordings and performances have paired him with some of the industry's finest musicians, including Dennis Chambers, Victor Wooten, and Grammy saxophonist Bob Berg.

Doors open at 7:00p.m.  The concert starts at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets $15 online, $20 at the door

About the Venue: The Clubhouse is a 100-seat, intimate performance space located in the heart of the Catonsville Arts District. Recently acquired, it is owned and operated by the Baltimore County Arts Guild and serves as a center of the arts in Baltimore County. Additional classrooms provide space for classes and workshops.
