Holiday Decorating Contest!

Local Businesses and Artists, Come Together to Shine!

This holiday season, help us transform Catonsville into a winter wonderland filled with festive lights, creative displays, and heartwarming joy! Imagine strolling down Frederick Road, where each business has come alive with twinkling lights, artistic designs, and a touch of holiday magic—each display telling its own story and celebrating the spirit of Catonsville.

How it Works:

• Artists can volunteer to participate and receive a $150 stipend for their assistance.

• Artists must register by Nov 15th to be paired with a business. ( Limit to 15 Creatives)

• Businesses must register by Nov 15th to be paired with an artist. 

 

Each window, every light, and all the colors and creativity woven into the displays are a gift from our community to yours. We invite everyone to wander, admire, and feel the warmth of Catonsville’s unique charm as we light up together for the season.

Let the community decide the winners! Viewer voting will determine the top displays, awarding exciting stipends to both businesses and artists.

Recognition stipends will be given to the winning business and artist(s)

•  Top Stipend - $400 

•  2nd Stipend - $300

•  3rd Stipend  - $200​​

📆 Important Dates:

• Registration Launch: November 1, 2024

  • Creatives must register by November 15th​

  • Businesses must register by November 15th to work with a creative

• Contest Launch: November 26th

• Registration Deadline: December 6th

• Voting open: December 9-15th

• Winners Announced: December 18th
